It’s that time of year: time to start thinking about New Year’s resolutions. I like the idea of a fresh start for the New Year. But I don’t always stick with my resolutions. As the end of the first week of our New Year approaches, New Year’s resolutions are in full swing! Most commonly people vow to lose weight and get into better shape during the New Year.
