Good morning and Happy Monday! We’ve got a little over two weeks left till thanksgiving and today I want to talk to you about the 10 reasons I am thankful for fitness. 15 Reasons To Celebrate November

This month we celebrate Thanksgiving, a time to reflect on all those little things that we are thankful for. For me, it’s a time to be thankful for the gift of motherhood as my baby reaches his 6th birthday this month. I can’t believe how the time is flying by.
