Forget about emotionally scarring your kids by enrolling them in a litany of extra-curricular activities. According to a new study, the endless stream of piano lessons, soccer practices, Cub Scout meetings and ballet recitals, is more stressful on parents than anyone else. A father from Florida has just given new meaning to the term “helicopter parent.” Hovering over your kid in an attempt to preserve his well-being is one thing, but hovering over his school in order to impress other students is pushing the envelope a bit.
